I started out with product photography while in quarantine in early 2020. I wanted to try out different genres of photography, so I took a drink and just tested out what worked the best. I found that the more natural it looks the better. When I started out I used 2 sheets of black paper and a normal houselights. I realized that it doesn't take a lot of effort to make a cool looking picture.
